Statement of Faith

We believe, and find evidence in scripture regarding the Bible. We believe, the Bible is inspired and empowered by God, infallible, and authoritative. Therefore, no other counterfeit book could be justified. The ‘Holy Bible’ is a complete finished work of the Christian Faith. This is ‘The Word of God’ for the Christian. Here is scripture to chew on, 2 Timothy 3: 16, 2 Peter 1: 20-21. 

We believe, and find evidence in scripture regarding God. We believe, in one eternal God whom exists as three separate persons; the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. For each person within the Godhead work together as a team. Here is scripture to chew on, Deuteronomy 6:4; John 3: 16, Matthew 3:16-17; 28:19-20, Mark 12:29; John 14:26, Acts 10: 38; 1 Peter 1:2.  

We believe, and find evidence in scripture regarding Sin. Fallen Human nature is corrupted since the Fall of Mankind. As a result all people are totally unable to please God. Therefore, people need the Salvation of ‘what’ Jesus accomplished through ‘The Finished Work of Jesus Christ’. Here is scripture to chew on, Genesis 1:26-27; 3:1-6; 3:24; John 3:1-21; Romans 1:18, 32; 3:10-19, 23; 5:12, 19. 

We believe, and find evidence in scripture regarding The Messiah. We believe, Jesus Christ is the Son of God born of a virgin lived a sinless life as He walked among men demonstrated the authority and power of God in good deeds and speech died on the cross rose from the dead on the third day and is now seated at the right hand of God having accomplished all that is necessary for man’s Salvation. The Son (Jesus) always obeys for what the Father does and commands. Here is scripture to chew on, Isaiah 7:14; John 1:1, 16: 23-24, 20: 28; Luke 1: 35; Acts 1:3. 

We believe, and find evidence in scripture regarding Salvation. We believe, it is essential for man to repent of sin and to receive the free gift of Salvation by faith through grace. Receive the ‘Finished Work of Jesus Christ’ by confessing Jesus as Lord, Savior, and Friend while trusting within his heart resulting in regeneration by the Holy Spirit. Water baptism of full immersion can be used for public declaration of receiving Salvation. Here is scripture to chew on, John 3:15; Acts 4:12; 16:31; Romans 10:9-13; Ephesians 2:8-9.  

We believe, and find evidence in scripture regarding The Five-Fold Ministry. We believe, The Five-Fold Ministry (Evangelist, Paster, Teacher, Prophet, and the Apostle) are to equip The Body of Christ. They are for today until the rapture of the church. The Five-Fold Ministry are to assist The Body of Christ. Here is scripture to chew on, Ephesians 4:8-16. 

We believe, and find evidence in scripture regarding The Great Commission. We believe, all born-again Christians have been commissioned to share the complete Gospel to the whole world. To make disciples of Christ in every nation by reconciliation through Christ. Here is scripture to chew on, Matthew 28:16-20; Romans 10:15.    

We believe, and find evidence in scripture regarding The Assembly and Meeting. We believe, the true Church is composed of all born-again Christians in Christ regardless of denominational affiliation. Here is scripture to chew on, Mark 16:15; John 17: 21; Acts 1:8, 2:1-47, 15:13-18, 20:17-28; Romans 1:16, 3:22; 1 Corinthians 11:2, 12:12-13; Galatians 3:28; Ephesians 1:22-23, 2:13-16, 3:1-6, 4:11-13, 5:23-24; Colossians 1:18; 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
